Lomak (Light Operated Mouse and Keyboard) is an input system that uses a light pointer affixed to the user's head or hand. Data is entered into your computer by aiming the light beam at the accompanying keyboard's rotary-style letter and number pads. No special software is required -- your PC recognizes it simply as a USB keyboard and mouse. It's a pretty cool solution for folks who can't use conventional input devices, and it took the gold medal in the 2007 Idea design awards. Perhaps that accolade will help it see production soon.
