Included video-converting software is PC-only and finicky (converted DivX, XviD, Quicktime files but not WMV). No video compression options, 20 FPS only. Confusing button layout combined with primitive menu system requires two hands to browse files. Can't listen to music while reading text or viewing images. Included earphones aren't so hot.
