The vibration alert on cell phones is great for situations where etiquette dictates you turn off your ringer, but it does little good if you keep your phone in a purse or other bag. That's a problem the BlueQ ($40) is trying to remedy; it's a Bluetooth-enabled wristband that vibrates to alert you to incoming calls. The BlueQ comes in basic black and can be personalized with custom QSkins that will look cool in a nightclub but in a more formal setting will be as intrusive as if you left your ringer on. Look for for the BlueQ this July.
