Following yesterday's posting of the Adult Swim pilot for The Drinky Crow Show we have this pilot for Superjail: one part The Prisoner, one part Oz, another part Willy Wonka and all blended together with liberal amounts of surreal graphic violence.
I like both Drinky Crow and Superjail but you have to wonder what Adult Swim is playing at with these pilots: do any of these cartoons really need more than one episode? Then again, I suppose I would have said the same thing about Aqua Teen Hunger Force if I'd seen the pilot.
