The latest survey from the Pew Internet & American Life Project claims 8 percent of Americans surveyed qualified as "deep users of the participatory Web and mobile applications." It doesn't sound like much, but it puts Web 2.0 ahead of Mac users.
A separate 23 percent were classified as "heavy, pragmatic tech adopters" who "use gadgets to keep up with social networks or be productive at work."
Mobile gadgets? 10 percent.
