An impishly satisfied prankster uses a Judge Judy soundboard to respond to a collections agent: you can't believe it goes on for ten minutes without the guy on the other end of the phone getting wise, yet it somehow does, and it's hysterical for every second of it.
That said? The collection agent is an absolute star. Confronted with an utterly insane schizophrenic on the other end of the line (who he doesn't realize is merely an eccentric array of WAV files), he repeatedly asks if she wants him to call for help. This guy has the patience of JOB.
I ought not to post this: it does not really cleave to ToM's ostensible fringe art or culture ethos (although I suppose a case could be made for the latter). But I can't resist, and it's a holiday anyway. Enjoy.
