Eyebeam founder John Johnson got into the spirit last night, donning an inflatable bubble suite on stage in New York at the 10th anniversary celebration of his pioneering art and technology center.
The star-studded evening was hosted by Aasif Mandavi, the Daily Show’s Middle East correspondent. Arianna Huffington and Lawrence Lessig were honored; DJ Spooky spun music; Limor Fried’s handheld frequency modulation system, supposedly able to shield users from harmful effects of the 800-900 MHz range, auctioned off for a whopping $3,100.
