Unlike Eliza, the best thing about the Back to the Future sequels wasn't those god-awful Nike Air McFly sneakers. I'm not wearing thigh-lengthed boots made out of gray felt, for god's sakes. No, the best thing about the sequels is the steampunk time-traveling locomotive from the otherwise execrable Back to the Future III.
Unfortunately, no one's trying to start a grass roots campaign to get consumers one of those babies, but if you're capable of folding paper according to an intricate sheet of instructions, the Paper Inside papercraft blog has posted an excellent steampunk time travel machine model to download, cut, fold and place upon your mantle.
