From the great land up north that brought you Trailer Park Boys comes a brilliant new zombie comedy called Fido. Set for release stateside June 15, Fido asks what would happen if humans turned zombies into slaves – and the slaves revolted. With a suburban setting worthy of Tim Burton, Fido focuses on the growing love between a zombie named Fido and the mother of the little boy who owns him. Plus, there are Lassie jokes. I can't wait to see what looks to be a great social satire – with zombies! 2007 may well turn out to be the year of the zombie. I mean, if it's not the year of the Viking.
