Lewis Dennison, aka groovybluedragon, sent us an email on Wednesday saying that he'd cancelled his registration of virginiatechkiller.com, a domain name Dennison put up for sale on eBay a day after the campus massacre. Dennison expressed remorse for his actions and said he intended to donate his other site (virginiatechstudentmemorial.com) to the school. He was trying to locate the appropriate person to contact at Virginia Tech.

A Whois search confirmed that virginiatechkiller.com was no longer registered. Here's the comment Dennison left to one of the earlier posts in this blog:

"First of all my heart goes out to the families and friends of all those involved in this tradgedy. I wasnt thinking about the bigger picture when I registered 2 domain names and put them up for sale. I have since removed them from sale cancelled my registration on the 1 domain and am trying to reach the appropriate person at VA Tech to donate the memorial website name for their legitimate use."
