Patrick Cates tackled a strange project: he ran the entire Circle Line on London's Underground, filming each station entrance when he reached it via his cell. The result is a jangly portrait of urban perambulation, set to a punk soundtrack. Cates reflects:

I ran above ground (to avoid electrocution and bubonic plague). I rananticlockwise (I don't know why). I stopped at every station en routeand took a short video clip. People must have wondered. Vacant-lookingskinhead-nerd in shorts and bottle belt runs up to station entrance;
takes phone out of pocket; records footage for three seconds; replacesphone. Occam's razor: mental illness.
