(or Island of Happiness), plans to lure tourism to their $27 billion dollar mixed use development by stacking the roster with architecture giants. Frank Gehry, Zaha Hadid, Jean Nouvel, and Tadao Ando seem to all agree; the best way to attract visitors is to design as much futuristic eye candy as possible. Nice work, folks. Nice work.
