Panoz/Honda car say they are about to paste Tux, the fabled symbol of Linux, on the side of the racer for the Indy 500 race. There is one catch, though: they are asking for the Linux open source community's to contribute$350,000 in funding to get Tux decals on the car.

Driver, Stephan Gregoire, and team owner,
Tom Chastain, have already applied the first decal to the 225-mph entry in this year’s 91st running of the Indianapolis 500. But, I imagine, they can still peel it off if they don't get the funding.
