It's remarkable how much more fun life is when people actually care about Apple's product launches. When the iPod came out, it was years before anyone cared about it enough to bootleg it. With the iPhone, the bootlegs have hit the streets before the real thing!
Check out thisinsanely great fake iPhone tracked down by Engadget. Why, a person with no eyes, ears or hands might actually be convinced that they held the genuine article! And it's an "Ipod [sic] style Mobile Phone iPhone" and it comes in white, which, um...the real iPhone does not. There's also the traditional phone pad, the awesome bogus Apple logo -- this is love, folks. Who's entering their bid first?
