OK, hands up: how many of you have burned a Knoppix Linux-on-bootable-CD disk, or someting similar, to try out the free operating system without messing with Windows? That might have just got a lot cooler and more expensive with the Wizpy, a flash-based USB device that does the same thing, but comes in pearly white.
Made by TurboLinux, Wizpy uses their distro, disguising itself as a USB CD-Rom drive. This means that most computers will automagically try and boot from it after a reset without any reconfiguration. At the $250 price tag, however, it's probably aimed more at those who want to carry their whole computer in their pocket rather than those who want to test something the wonderful and relentlessly time-consuming as Linux.
