Another day, another argument for the "Wee-Bey Theory" -- the notion that 9/11 Khalid Sheikh Mohammed copped to a whole bunch of crimes that weren't his, in order to protect other terrorists.
In his confession, KSM claimed that he personally beheaded Wall Street Journal reporter
Daniel Pearl -- on top of "launching a Russian surface-to-air missile at an El Al airliner leaving Mombasa," leading "an assassination attempt on
President Clinton in the Philippines," and many other wicked deeds.
Now, the lawyer for the guy convicted in Pakistan of killing Pearl will "file an appeal," based on KSM's recent confession.
Meanwhile, Pearl's family and former colleagues think the admission is bogus.
"He wants to take credit for doing it, and he wants to exonerate al
Qaeda, blame Pakistan and whatever," said Judea Pearl, Danny's father.
"When a person confesses and he has nothing to lose, you have to take it with a spice of doubt."
