We've been staring at this image for two days wondering what the heck is going on. We've never seen anything like it before, have you? Please enlighten us in the comments section if you know what this disease is, or if you have any less vague information about the geographic location of this poor guy. Apparently a missionary in "Eastern Europe" found the man, who is apparently suffering from a skin disease that the missionary, who I hope is also a doctor, has never seen before. The description about how he tried to remove some of the skin growths are not for the weak of stomach.
