The man builds huge, supersonic rockets for fun, takes disturbingly candid nature shots with his high-powered telephoto lenses -- and gets to test-drive BMW's new hydrogen-powered 7-Series. He reports that liquid hydrogen is stored in the trunk (at -418°F), and an "H2" button on the steering wheel switches the car's V12 engine between hydrogen and gasoline power.
