Some VCs have all the fun. Take Steve Jurvetson, for instance. The man builds huge, supersonic rockets for fun, takes disturbingly candid nature shots with his high-powered telephoto lenses -- and gets to test-drive BMW's new hydrogen-powered 7-Series. He reports that liquid hydrogen is stored in the trunk (at -418°F), and an "H2" button on the steering wheel switches the car's V12 engine between hydrogen and gasoline power. There's a "slight lag" when you floor it on hydrogen power, he complains. Just like the "slight lag" in the market for H2-powered cars?
