Eliot Van Buskirk's keeping a weather eye on the RIAA's plans to extort money from consumers it suspects are pirates, thanks to its notoriously unreliable assumption that IP addresses legally match up to individual people. P2PLawsuits.com will offer the victims of this harassement a way out of an expensive lawsuit: giving the RIAA less money that they'd have to pay to retain a lawyer to fend off their arbitrary and oft-wrong accusations.
