4 PM, West coast time. That's when the folks at SpaceX, the private space concern run by gazillionaire Elon Musk (a founder of PayPal, a founder of Tesla Motors), say they're going to attempt once again to launch their rocket, the Falcon 1.

You can watch the live webcast here, but be warned: almost exactly a year ago, SpaceX tried the same thing, and the rocket blew up. The picture above is of the moments just before the rocket came right back down (and, if I recall correctly, crashed into an equipment shed on Kwajelein Atoll, the equatorial island they're launching from). The downlink dropped away before the actual blowing up appeared, which was a bummer.
