Andaraofs Cyberkinetics announced today that 90% of their focus is on getting their Andara OFS Therapy ready for clinical trials (for acute spinal cord injury) by the end of the year. Those of you hoping for improvements in the BrainGate Brain-Computer Interface will have to wait a little longer, unfortunately.

More information was made available, including forward looking statements on possible future directions for the company, including treatments for chronic spinal cord injury and peripheral nerve injury. Cyberkinetics also wants to gather and analyze data on seizures, with the hope of being able to prevent seizure-induced damage.
