Now, in a roundabout way, I know, because I've just discovered that I don't have a seriously rugged PC. The Microspace PCX47 is seriously rugged, however, being resistant to extremes of moisture, vibration and temperature.

The insides are no good: a Pentium M, 512 MB RAM, and 40GB hard drive; but if your're in the market for a GPS and cellular-equipped desktop that can withstand submersion and flamethrowers, chances are you won't be playing Oblivion on it.
