Filched from the continually educational Vintage Photography Livejournal community, this fetching spread details a moment from Bela Lugosi's early career in which he played none other than Jesus H. Christ. This is supposedly a collection of publicity stills from a Broadway production of the Passion of Christ. However, the way his name is written makes me think this was a show more local to the Hungarian-born actor.
