Welcome to Monday's Noise du Jour, and be advised that this week's theme is Circus Songs. Some songs about the circus, some songs with circus sounds (however vague), and some with connections that will be made clear at the time of posting.
I've got Stolen Babies on the brain lately, as they're playing in Tacoma on Thursday (without their drummer, somehow) and I'm looking forward to it immensely. Their live shows are fantastic, one of the few bands with a coordinated look that's not stupid, obnoxious, or done to death.
And Dominique, of course, is an utter joy to watch.
