Noise du Jour Dossier: Circus Songs Edition

Circus Songs ended up being harder than I thought it would be, mostly because my circusy tunes were not amply represented on YouTube or in the public domain, and I hate writing about songs that the reader cannot actually hear somehow. So here's a more complete list, including songs that were not actually posted but should go on the proverbial mixtape, anyway.
