Yes, change is good, and your redesigned magazine does look a whole lot better. However-----it's not the look of your mag that really interests me, but rather it's content! And that brings me to my point. I'm REALLY dissappointed with the last several issues of Wired. When I first saw your mag, I was elated because there were some many new gismos and gadgets on about every page. New teck items that I never knew existed----and with reviews!!! WOW---I thought that Wired was really, really fun!!!! But now----ohh geech. Nothing---or very, very little on the new toys. In your current issue, you reviewed the Nintendo and the Sony Play Station------guys----both of these items came out in Oct of 06----about 4 months ago. Everyone and their brother already reviewed those games, well maybe not Sports Illustrated. The next items you reviewed were those winter coats------hello------it's in your Feb issue??? Unless your trying to inform your readers who are waiting for them to go on end of year sale---isn't it a little late to feature winter coats???
Then there was the office party review-----snooze----that should have been done before Christmas. Then there was that article about the underwater log cutter---geech. Boy-o-boy, I can't wait to buy one of those. Don't you think that that article and the artists drawing, looks and feels like it should have been printed in Popular Science or Popular Mechanics?
I'm sorry, I really liked your mag for all of the teck toys---now---to me-----it's just another magazine. Sorry! So when my subscription runs out, I don't think I'll re-up. Sorry.
