I am really enjoying the new design. It's very fresh and the new logo feels more connected to the overall style of the new design (simple, clean and structured). Wired has and will always been an inspiration for me, thank you. I do have to say that while I really enjoy the idea of the "status" like bar used for the beginning sections, it did draw my attention to the content / advertisement ratio. There is now a definite distinction between the two and maybe that's a good thing.
