Are you trying to make your magazine harder to read? The magazine's new font, small size and light grey color had me stop reading (or scanning) the February 2006 issue at page 044. It causes too much eye strain. The "Undo" on page 024--was that 5 point type? "Flights of Fancy" on page 029 was practically impossible to read.
