The eight-speed Mu SL is no substitute for a high-end road bike, but between its light weight (20 pounds) and 15-second folding time (we mastered it in a week), this streamlined ride is ideal for the urban commuter. Hopping on public transit in a flash shouldn't mean sacrificing quality: thankfully the Mu SL still boasts enough name brand components so it won't look like you're training for the Tour de N00b.
