Tell your boss to set up a cot for you in the back room: midday naps are good for your health:

A six-year Greek study found that those who took a30-minute siesta at least three times a week had a 37% lower risk ofheart-related death.

The researchers took into account ill health, age, and whether people were physically active.

Experts said napping might help people to relax, reducing their stress levels.

I wonder if there's a tipping point where napping too long can be bad for you. Also, a question for psychiatrist types who are reading this:

If sleep reduces stress and soothes the heart (as suggested here), do antidepressants and tranquilizers do the same thing? Has anyone ever researched that?

In other words, can you get the benefits of a nap from a pill?
