We thought it was weird when people started training their pets to use the toilet. Now they're making cell phones for them. The PetCell is a waterproof GPS cell phone that hangs around your dog's neck. According to the marketing copy, "Now you can call your pet anytime, just to say hi or to get off the couch." More likely, you'll use the PetCell's GPS features to locate your furry friend if he wanders off or to alert you if he breeches the virtual geo-fence boundary the PetCell allows you to set up around your property. The PetCell will be available around the middle of this year, but there's no word on price.
