Latency issues with slower processors. Volume and headphone box hangs a little heavy on the guitar jack.

If you're a midnight bedroom shredder like me, you know that a Marshall stack and a roommate who works 9 to 5 mix about as well as Jimi Hendrix and sleeping pills. Save yourself the drama - and the dough - and check out the Stealth Plug. This guitar cord consists of a quarter-inch audio to USB cable attached to a stealth bomber-shaped box housing a headphone jack and volume controls. The amp modeling software - Amplitube Live - sounds great, and offers a convincing cross-section of classic guitar and bass amp sounds. Install software. Plug in axe. Rock until the sun rises.
