Honda reportedly will unveil a new dedicated hybrid concept car at the Geneva Auto Show, previewing a production model that will hit the market in 2008.
This will be Honda's second dedicated hybrid (unlike the Civic Hybrid, which is an adaptation of a conventional model). Its predecessor, the Insight (pictured), was the world's first series production hybrid car. The new hybrid, according to Britmag AutoCar, will be Civic-sized and priced to beat the Prius. Does the low price mean Honda will stick with the Honda Integrated Motor Assist System used in the Civic Hybrid? Or are we talking PHEV? Feel free to share your speculations.
