Long time subscriber, first time emailer.

Wanted to let you know that I like the new look, but I also wanted to tell you about one feature (or more specifically the lack of a feature) that has annoyed me in the past.

I don't know if it's a coincidence or intentional, but I wanted to congratulate you on the lack of those annoying heavy card-stock advertisements that have filled your magazine in the past. You know the ones...they force the magazine open to a particular ad and make it next to impossible to read anything else contained within.

Don't advertisers and your sales department understand that the very first thing we readers do is tear them out and throw them away so that we can read our new magazine?

Now, let's talk about why you can't send out different versions of the magazine to those of us that already subscribe that DON'T include about 458 subscription cards...........
