The Atheist standpoint would have made much more sense today if the Newtonian world had not collapsed, overruled by the Quantic theory, whereas key concepts such as the one of chronology are no longer existing. As a result, information can go faster than light, parallel universes becomes a serious probability, and more generally, a lot of what we thought as scientifically certain is now challengeable. It is interesting to wonder if our metaphysics beliefs are not somewhat based on a science knowledge that is generally one century hold. Indeed, it took certainly some time for the occidental world to conceptualise that hearth was not the center of the Universe after Galilee established it. It this assumption is correct, it would mean that we are about to jump into a era whereas Science becomes so complex that belief in "Beyond" would be the common concept.
