This is a pretty self-explanatory piece of software. Take Flickr, take Apple's PhotoBooth software, throw them into a pot, and you get FlickrBooth.
Nothing much more to say, other than that there's a club in San Francisco called Shine that uses an extremely kludgy Windows solution to put photobooth images directly onto Flickr. The next time I'm in, I'll be pointing them this way.
