Hands down, commenters said it's best to eat the stuff rather than smoke it. That way, the high is supposedly longer-lasting, and no smoke gets in your lungs.

P had this to say:

Extremely potent edible concoctions can be easily made by simmering any part of the plant (including excess leaves) in butter. The butter can then be added to any sort of food including chocolate. Amounts as small as a teaspoon of this butter can have profound effects, depending on the preparation.

But SumAsianGuy points out that might just make you fat.
