Gary Wolf's article revealed a couple of things and overlooked a couple more.

1. Richard Dawkins is a an intellectual psychopath. There's just not enough room in the universe for him AND God.

2. Nietzsche, Marx, Stalin and Mao have an heir apparent. Is Dick really not aware that his philosophies have already been "fleshed out" (pardon the grisly pun)?

3. The tide of post-Christendom is swelling, and men like this are the point guards. It isn't so hard to understand the Romans anymore.

4. Most Christians do not attend mega-churches, experience ecstatic worship or throw their money at the latest huckster. Some of us actually read Wired.

"People are usually more convinced by reasons they discovered themselves thanby those found by others." Blaise Pascal
"I would not like to see a person who is sober, moderate, chaste and just saythat there is no God. They would speak disinterestedly at least, but such aperson is not to be found." Jean de la Bruyere
