Forget the NSA – TV networks are spying on you. HBO, for one, has been monitoring file-sharing sites for copyright infringers and reporting them to their ISPs. Luckily, most providers have responded with a slap on the wrist. We got our mitts on an HBO missive to the ISP Speakeasy and on that provider's memo to its customer. Let's read between the lines.
