Cryovacking
n.
A scientific food-prep process in which ingredients are vacuum-packed in plastic and slow-cooked in warm water. Cryovacking is now catching on among haute chefs, who use it to intensify flavors.

Hedonomics
n.
Human factors of pleasure. The happy-go-lucky cousin of ergonomics, hedonomics uses cognitive psychology and usability engineering to amp up the emotional appeal of consumer goods.
