It's one way to turn your life around: Move into the world's first revolving apartment building. Located in Curitiba, Brazil, the Suite Vollard has eleven 3,000-square-foot units, each of which occupies a whole floor. The apartments, designed by architect Bruno de Franco of Moro Construction, are being offered for $300K apiece (quite pricey by local standards). Owners control the speed and direction of the rotation; a full 360 takes anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. The bathrooms and kitchens are at the building's stationary core, so their wires and pipes don't get twisted. Need Dramamine? Call the doorman.
