The 118 WallyPower looks like it was dreamed up by a Bond villain with a stealth fixation. In fact, the $26.7émillion superyacht was produced by a European boatbuilder with designs on the Trump end of the market. With its vertical bow, composite hull, and trio of 5,600-horsepower gas turbines, the 118-foot cruiser accommodates eight passengers and four crew members, has a range of 800 miles, and can do 80 miles per hour. "People today have less time," says Luca Bassani, founder and president of Monaco-based Wally, which has built just one of these so far. "They want to be in St. Tropez in the morning, Portofino for lunch, and Sardinia in the evening." And yet the craft is so quiet, you can hear the air-conditioning in the saloon. Shock and awe meets gin and tonic.
