TOYS THAT INSPIRE TEENS TO TAUNT THEIR PARENTS

Latchkey kids from Tokyo to Kumamoto are rebelling against their office-drone dads with a new line of toys that finds humor in the working man. Bandaiés Oyaji No Michi series includes windups and phone straps featuring fat, bald businessmen struggling to do pull-ups, or holding briefcases in one hand and Asahi beers in the other, for around 880 yen ($7). Not only must Japanés salarymen put up with the crowded JR train every day, they now have to be subjected to satire by teen accessories.
