The old stand-up pinball machine is getting a run for its quarters with Pokémon Pinball. Created for Game Boy Color, Pokémon Pinball is the first game cartridge to include a built-in rumble pack that shakes and vibrates right along with onscreen movements. I can tote this game anywhere and still feel the smack of ball against flipper.
As a fan of handheld pinball games, I found Pokémon Pinball easy to play. And landing the ball in a special slot will evolve the cute, ferocious little Pokémon characters into stronger, larger versions. Bonus! Combined with the vibrating rumble feature, collecting the pocket monsters kept me totally distracted as I racked up points - though I'm still a little frustrated that I can't slam my hip against the machine to send the ball into the bonus zone.
