"Clothing in videogames has been overlooked for too long," says Wilbert Das, head designer for Diesel. In September, Das' killer garb takes to the virtual catwalk in Psygnosis' G-Police - Weapons of Justice. It's the first clothing line designed by a fashion company for a videogame - Das and his Diesel compadres call the look "futuristic military." The design house also sells real versions of the fatigues in its stores and on the Web (www.diesel.com). Its army-green bombardier jacket ($400) and full-body metallic mesh suit ($300) are sure to bring out the inner commando in anyone. Says Das: "We're trying to infuse videogames with a bit of cool."
