Turns out it's a parody. Brooks Talley and Mark Pace have registered political domain names in preparation for the '96 campaign: wilson.org, clinton96.org, powell96.org - even gates96.org.

Some parody Web pages have been listed on Yahoo, resulting in a flood of visitors. But not everyone who visits gets the joke. "Most of the letters we get are from Republican college students who want to join the campaign," says Talley.
