Malcolm CasSelle, the 25-year-old chief technology officer of NetNoir (shown here with co-founder E. David Ellington, right) is on a "mission to digitize, archive, and distribute Afrocentric culture in cyberspace." The San Francisco-based company's first splash into cyberspace is on AOL (keyword NetNoir). In July, NetNoir put up the first version of a
Web site (www.netnoir.com), which will be "a very cool site with all the bells and whistles," CasSelle explained in a recent Club Wired event. "I'm a technical guy by training, so believe me, it'll be cool. Plus, I love virtual community."
